These terms govern your use of anantdrristi.in and the services offered through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. About us

Anant Drristi is operated by Anant Drristi Occult Training & Consultant, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Nature of our services

We provide astrological reports, numerology reports, vastu consultation and personal guidance sessions. Our services are intended for guidance, reflection and personal insight.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for any such matter.

We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, event, or result. All decisions you take remain your own responsibility.

3. Accuracy of information you provide

Astrological calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you supply. You are responsible for providing correct date, time and place of birth. If incorrect details are supplied, the report will be based on those details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how corrections are handled.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout before payment. Domestic prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). International prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your bank may apply additional currency conversion or international transaction charges — these are set by your bank, not by us.

Orders placed from outside India qualify as export of services under Indian GST law and are zero-rated. No Indian GST is added to these orders. You remain responsible for any tax, duty or charge applicable in your own country.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

6. Intellectual property

Every report is prepared individually for the person named in it. The report is for your personal use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit its contents.

All content on this website — text, images, report formats and templates — remains our property.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your birth details and the contents of your consultation as confidential. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to provide false information, use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or resell our reports as your own work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including any decision you make based on a report.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, India.
