Your birth details are personal. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Anant Drristi (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website anantdrristi.in. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

To prepare your report, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile / WhatsApp number
• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth
• Country of residence

For consultations, we may also record notes about the questions you ask. We do not collect any information that is not needed to deliver the service you have paid for.

2. Why we collect it

• To calculate your chart and prepare your personalised report
• To deliver the report to you by email and WhatsApp
• To respond to your questions
• To maintain records required under Indian law

3. What we never do

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your birth details or personal information with any third party — under any circumstances. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

4. Payment information

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. That information goes directly to Razorpay and is handled under their security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference number.

5. Data storage and security

Your information is stored on secure servers. Access is limited to Ayush Sagar only. Reports are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

We retain your birth details so that you can request a re-issue of your report later, and so that follow-up consultations do not require you to submit the same information again.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of any incorrect information
• Request complete deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for any future communication

Write to anantdrristi@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 working days. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 7 working days, except where Indian tax law requires us to retain transaction records.

7. International users

If you are accessing our services from outside India, please note that your information will be processed and stored in India. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

For users in the European Union: you have the rights described in Section 6, which correspond to your rights under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function — for example, to keep items in your cart and to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If a parent or guardian believes we hold such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
